Are there any other loaders worth considering than the (Woods made?) Cub loader? Price is the factor that is causing me to want to check alternatives but I would be concerned about ease of installation, maintenance, etc.

There are many loaders that are built for the Cub Cadet tractors. Woods does build them for Cub Cadet but I don't think they are built quite the same as the Woods labeled product. ....

Art Why do you say there are differences in the cub vs the woods loader. The specs on both look similiar re 7305 tractor fit. I'm not doubting you I'm just asking what is about the two that seperates them. I just had a new cub/woods loader mounted on my 7275 last Nov and it works just fine (a few hydralic issues had to be resolved). Not being a dealer I would have no way to compare the two. Would like to hear your thoughts of what I should be on the lookout for. Thanx ....

Most manufacturers subcontract different attachments for there tractor lines. Yes Woods does build them but they often change the dimensions, subframes or even the valves that are used by the manufacturer such as Cub Cadet. Great Bend at one time or another has built loaders for nearly every manufactuterer of tractors. They even sold many of the models (so they looked) under there own label. Different cylinders were used and many other dimensions were different to there label although they did look to the naked eye the same. Many of the differences are small and don't hinder the proper operation of the unit but they are there. ....
